In this report, which includes the participation of lawyer João Quintela Cavaleiro in the sub-group of the Economy of the Sea, the Platform for Sustainable Growth identifies 27 strategic challenges and 511 recommendations that it considers important to unlock Portugal’s growth potential.

In the first half of 2013, PCS will meet the Portuguese in public sessions taking place across the country.

Because the presentation of this Report is a starting point, it is not a finishing point and, although it is the vision of the PCS, it is interested in making it clearer, benefiting from everyone’s contribution.
